I personally don't believe in New Year's Resolutions. I'm taking the "Big Picture" look at my life - really zooming out; going "Off Planet" to try and get some perspective of what I want and were I'm going. We're in different times, now and we have many choices to make. What do you want to let go of? What's holding you down/back from living your life, the way you want it? We drag so much "stuff" around. I don't know about you, but I'm exhausted! I, along with everyone else, need to make my choices of what I'm keeping in my life and what I'm letting go of. I don't just want to live; I want to THRIVE! We trim trees and cut hair for very good reasons - we have to let go of the "old" to allow for the "new".
Some things to consider: If your life is not as fulfilling or happy as you want it to be, or you have a sense it could be better, there may be unresolved grief lurking under the surface
The holiday season is crazy enough as it is, let alone adding all those conflicting emotions that come up, because of the many, many triggers we have during this time
