Time to Exhale...

It's time to take a moment and actually take a couple of breaths and collect our thoughts.

We've had so much going on and now there's a surge of energy along with a lot of encouragement to jump in and get going with our our life!

This is where most folks get caught up.

People and businesses start to run out of steam by late February or early March, because they think they have to hit the ground running in the New Year.

The fact is that most of us haven't even stopped to consider where we're going or what we're doing.

There's an old saying:

"If you don't know where you're going, any path will take you there.

Make sure you know what path you're on and where you're going...

Some things to consider:

  • 40 - 45% of Americans make New Year's Resolutions

  • 1 in 4 make it through the first week1 in 10 actually make their goal

  • Are your resolutions/goals realistic?

  • Do you know what you actually want?

Some things to do right now:

  1. Take a piece of paper and write down 10 things you're really grateful for in your life, as it is, right now

  2. Now write down 3 things you want let go of

  3. Now write down 1 thing you want to change about you or your life

  4. Be kind and gentle to yourself and others and the ones

  5. Take very good care of yourself
